Rakhsh Khodro Diesel Company , as one of the subsidiary companies of Daric Investment Development Group, was registered in 2003 under number 15025 in foreign investment town in Tabriz-Soofian Road and it is active in the land of 500.000 square meters next to major and strategic road of Tabriz to Bazarghan border (The main road of Iran to Europe). All the shares of this company have been transferred from the previous shareholders to Daric Investment Company in 2017. The purpose of its establishment was Production, supply and sales of heavy truck, light truck, bus, minibus, car, van and other products needed in country, with cooperation of first-rate technological companies of the world and also establishing of sale & after-sales service network throughout Iran and creation of dedicated brand for this company. At the beginning of its establishment, this company exploited a factory for the production of all kinds of heavy and light trucks (with the presence of international officials, the president of Tatarstan and national officials) in the foreign investment town, and is the exclusive agent for the production, sale and after-sales service of heavy vehicles of Kamaz in Iran.
